How much is postage/shipping?
We combine postage on all items. We use Royal Mail for all orders:
- UK Royal Mail 48: £1.99
- UK Royal Mail 24: £3.10
- US Royal Mail International: £6.00
- Rest of World International: £4.35
When will you dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment (Monday–Friday).
How long will delivery take?
- UK Royal Mail 48: 2–4 days
- UK Royal Mail 24: 1–3 days
- International: Usually 2–4 weeks
Orders & Account
What is your returns policy?
We offer 60-day returns. We will happily refund any items sent back to us in original condition within 60 days of arrival.
Can I add items to my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately. If we catch it before packing, we can help combine your orders to save on postage. Once an order is packed or dispatched, changes cannot be made.
I entered the wrong delivery address, can I change it?
Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page. If your order has not yet been processed, we can update the shipping address for you. Once handed over to Royal Mail, we are unable to alter the delivery address.
Product & Stock Details
Do parts/models come with bases?
Unless explicitly stated in the product description or pictured in the listing, bases are not included. We sell bases separately in our Bases category.
What color plastic will my parts be?
The vast majority of our components are standard Games Workshop grey plastic. However, parts sourced from specific boxed games (such as Underworlds, Warcry, or certain starter sets) may come in colored plastic. They are 100% genuine GW plastic and fully compatible with standard plastic glues and paints.
How often do you restock?
We restock most days and aim to restock most sets every 3–4 weeks.
