Are your parts genuine Games Workshop components?
Yes. All items are genuine Games Workshop components removed from brand-new, sealed kits. They are unused but are supplied outside their original retail packaging.
Do you sell recasts or 3D-printed parts?
No. We do not sell recast or 3D-printed parts.
Is Rivos Games affiliated with Games Workshop?
No. Rivos Games is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Games Workshop.
Shipping & delivery
How much is postage?
We combine postage on all items and use Royal Mail for all orders.
- UK Royal Mail 48: £1.99
- UK Royal Mail 24: £3.10
- US Royal Mail International: £6.00
- Rest of World Royal Mail International: £4.35
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment from Monday to Friday.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• UK Royal Mail 48: 2–4 days
• UK Royal Mail 24: 1–3 days
• International: Usually 2–4 weeks

How often do you restock sold-out parts?
We add new stock every week and aim to restock most sets every 4–6 weeks. For the latest restock updates, check our homepage or follow us on social media.
