Returns Window

We offer a 60‑day return policy. You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it:

  • unused
  • with all original tags and components
  • in its original packaging
  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Return postage is not reimbursed for unwanted items, change‑of‑mind returns, or incorrect purchases.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • custom or personalised products
  • personal care items
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We accept returns on sale items, provided they meet our standard return criteria. Sale items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and returned within the 60‑day return window.

We cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
