Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom:  Royal Mail 48: 2–3 business days
                                   Royal Mail 24: 1-2 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or local postal service disruptions.

 

Please note that due to GSPR regulations we are not currently able to ship to the EU, Northern Ireland or EEA countries.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.

 

Order Tracking

If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking availability varies depending on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for paying the cost of reshipment.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it is in their care.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@rivosgames.com, and we will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

Pre‑Orders & Backorders

If an item is marked as a pre‑order or backorder, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page.
Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
